Lobby or reception in Red Roof Inn Des Moines

I have stayed many motels over the years. This is one I would stay at everytime I come to Des Moines. The rooms really clean and the bed super comfortable the pillows were really soft. It was super quiet around the motel so u could rest well and in comfort. I got to say what a great job this owner is doing to make this a great place to stay I'n comfort. The breakfast in the morning was awesome from waffles to bacon egg cheese biscuits to cereal and alot more. I was just really impressed at this motel and how everything was just so well kept and comfortable. For the price u can't beat it. I promise u don't judge a book by its cover cause once inside u will see this motel is everything I say it is. I travel alot for business and stay in alot of motels ahd anytime I come to des moines I will stay here for the years to come. Thank u so much to the owner and staff what a great job u do. Also thank u for caring for your customers and your business. Keep doing what ur doing. Nothing but good things will come your way. God bless everyone.

Property building in Red Roof Inn Des Moines

Very clean, very quiet large room. Extremely comfortable bed with good pillows. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Our room had a door to the hallway as well as a very convenient door to the parking lot behind the hotel which made for easy parking right next to the room. Large desk with chair plus a second chair in the room. The nightlight in the bathroom is a nice touch. Vinay at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

The owner/staff were very personable. The room was not ready for us, but the owner corrected it promptly. I liked the breakfast choices. The owner made sure all food items were filled. The road construction is complete allowing easy entrance to the motel.

I was later than I thought. When I got done working. So I was exhausted from the drive and forgot to set my alarm. So I knew I was running at least 1 hour behind. So I admittedly called the front desk. Explained why I was running behind, and I was told not worry about. I'm so grateful 🙏 for them allowing me a extra hour to finish getting ready for work. Their customer service workers were awesome very knowledgeable and helpful. They we're all wonderful people. Thanks, Teresa Colyn

I had a great time staying in this hotel. I spent four nights here and had a great time. Daily cleaning was done automatically; we didn't need to call and remind them. The facilities in the room are more than adequate. Finally, I must express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their generosity and wonderful assistance.
